It will be held Sunday, June 21, at the chez me (1520 Elder Ave, Boulder, CO). The plan is to start the board meeting at 3:00. We usually spend about 1.5 hours reviewing the (many) highs and (few) lows of the past season; planning for the next season (including the summer race); and discussing changes to our SOPs and Policies. If you have particularly strong opinions about how things are run (or should be run) or have suggestions about improvements, send them my way, and I'll make sure they make it onto the agenda. After that, we'll have a BBQ. Members are welcome to attend either or both events, but please let me know if you'd like to show up so we can accommodate everyone.
