[CBCmembers] Summer training target location

They go about $725 last I looked for a free standing, IBU approved
target.

I was fortunate enough to purchase mine from a teammate while on the all
guard in Vermont.  They arent cheap.  I'm sure any of the ranges in CO
would have some purchasing info.
